Project Overview

Dirbaaz is a comprehensive real estate management and listing platform designed to help users search, register, and manage property records with ease. The platform allows individuals and agencies to list properties, manage contracts, organize property groups, and access detailed records. It also provides a seamless way to connect buyers, sellers, and agents through a user-friendly digital environment. The goal was to build a modern, trustworthy, and efficient property ecosystem that simplifies real estate transactions and property management.

My Responsibilities

  • Benchmarking & Research: Analyzed leading real estate platforms to identify user expectations and gaps in existing solutions.

  • User Experience Design: Designed clear user flows for property registration, contract management, and property search.

  • UI Design: Created a modern, clean interface with a focus on usability, accessibility, and trust.

  • Information Architecture: Structured modules for property files, groups, contracts, and advanced search to make navigation simple.

  • Interactive Prototyping: Built clickable prototypes and refined them based on feedback from potential users.

  • Collaboration: Worked closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of both the front-end interface and backend property data management.
